Their small, 1.5" internal diameter preserves the temporal shape of pulses down to 3.5 nsec for VIS and 6 nsec for IRG. An SMA fiber optic connector is provided for connection to a spectrometer. Our standard Helmholtz Coils are for use with fluxmeters. The Helmholtz Coil measures the magnet sample as a single magnetic moment provided that the longest dimension of the magnet sample is less than one-third (1/3) the diameter of the coil system. By definition, the magnetic moment per unit volume is the intrinsic magnetization of the sample. With our calibrated Helmholtz Coil and Integrated Fluxmeter – and given the volume of the permanent magnet sample – the intrinsic open circuit operating B (Bdi) can be measured.

Special Current-Voltage Bias-Temperature Stress (IV-BTS) software can measure the degradation of insulator quality due to copper diffusion.Multiple test sites can be stressed with a constant voltage while the current through each site is measured and recorded. The Current-Voltage Bias-Temperature Stress test supplements conventional MOS C-V measurements and Triangular Voltage Measurements (TVS) that are also employed in copper diffusion studies.
